Lake
Mead Conditions & Rules
- At Lake Mead there is a
200 foot no-wake zone in effect for all power watercraft. This means
no-wake when leaving the shore line and when around other boats or
watercraft on the lake. Please slow down and stay safe.
- All children under age 12
must wear a Coast Guard approved life vest while riding in any size
boat on Lake Mead.
- Lake conditions are good
with over 550 miles of shoreline, clean water and great beaches. As
with all lakes please approach with caution any shoreline as new
islands appear as the water drops.
